On Operate, overage bills at $1 per additional 1M events. We send a heads-up at 80% so you can renegotiate the included quota before the next cycle if usage shifts.
Annual contract with volume-discounted device and event rates, scheduled exports to your warehouse, SLA-backed support, and a named technical lead. The starting figure is indicative — the actual contract reflects geography, message profile, and ops commitments.
Custom covers full-build engagements (radio link to application), white-label / partner deployments, on-prem or air-gapped clusters, regulated industries (FedRAMP / HIPAA / SOC2), and third-party delivery work. Scoped per project, not per tier.
Yes — BYOC (bring-your-own-cloud) is included from Fleet onward. Fully on-prem and air-gapped deployments are Custom-tier engagements.
Launch is permanent, not a trial — you can stay on it indefinitely. Operate features (custom dashboards, 30-day history, export) can be turned on for a project on request before contracting.
For Launch and Operate, yes — those are the published self-serve rates. Fleet "from $12k / year" is a starting figure; the actual contract is shaped by the deployment. Custom is always project-based.
